Well they put us in a room that had no deadbolt and they put tape on the door there was bedbugs and the windows was cracked open and it was broke and on the side of the sink was missing a piece and I brushed my hand on it the floors were not well cleaned still dirty bedding was gross

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location was convenient, and the stay was a good value for the price. Overall, I had a good experience. The only improvements I would suggest are updating the rooms and offering a wider variety of breakfast options.

The breakfast was small. But was good.

We checked in and the first room the fridge didn't work. The 2nd room it was like someone previously dropped hot cheese and it splattered on the wall. All the doors to rooms were warped so one had to slam the door shut. The whole building smelt musky. However, the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable.

The staff at first were just odd. She acted like we had a room yet had no idea where to put us although the parking lot was empty. The night staff was friendly and helpful though. It was not clean. There was hair all over the bathroom. There was no coffee at the little coffee area and it just felt run down.

No body or hand soap in bathroom upon arrival Also., I suggest getting rid of the nasty old charcoal since it hasn’t been cleaned out years If you provide a grill provide the utensils to clean it snd a burger flipper. Most Traveling people don’t carry these items We bought burgers to grill out on the 4th and later discovered no utensils and it was full of old gross leftovers

A friendly welcome as we arrived. Nice room, clean and the room offered the extra assess we needed with someone with trouble walking . We didn't go to breakfast, but we were informed of it when we checked in. Easy to travel to and from locations in the area.

We loved the view of the lake and the friendliness of the staff. Room was clean, bed comfortable.
