Clean room. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to food. Good plumbing, hot water, good water pressure, clear drains. Bath and toilet room was crowded. Room had strong disinfectant oder.

The bathroom was ok, newer. Good shower When I walked in a gentleman was at the counter with his pillow that had bugs on it. He said they were bedbugs…I immediately wanted a refund but was told that it was too late for that, I would lose my money. The door into the entrance by my room did not lock so very unsafe as anyone could come or go without a key. My sheets had a stain on them. There were flying ants crawling around by my bed and on the nightstand. I emailed Corporate about all of this and received a 25.00 gift card to stay at a Best Western. lol

No record of having booked two rooms. They just had us down for one. Took a couple of hours to get it straight. Rooms smelled, one was so bad we changed to another. Bathroom door would not clear the toilet so their solution was to carve out part of the door edge so the door would open. Light switch plate was canted about 30 degrees. Thread bare sheets, tiny pillows, and terribly uncomfortable bed. Halls so dark you couldn’t see the card key pad. Only upside was the breakfast.

Our door did not lock and, in general, the room was mediocre at best. BUT the evening staff went way above and beyond. She’s the only reason for the five.

My room was quiet because I asked to be away from the main street. It was easy to get in and out of room. The room itself was updated. Nice breakfast options. The bathroom was so small, I don't think I could use the bathroom and close the door at the same time. The room for breakfast was very small with only 3 or 4 tables. I shared my table with another guest so he could sit down and eat.

The spacious room. The pool was clean. No elevator to get our stuff upstairs, with a lot of kid that makes it hard to take things to and from our cars. The beds weren’t real comfortable. They had the small random long bugs I’ve never seen before until the day prior with our stay in north Platte.

Friendly staff, safe, clean. AC works great, no issues with the room. Great place for the value during shows at Fonner Park!

Was nice for the price. Clean and good coffee & breakfast. Only problem we had is when we returned to our room every night our key wouldn’t work.

Amazing room. Will go back 2 times a year as we travel to Colorado and back. The key cards didn't work.

Rooms are pool side direct air contact which is not only humid but literally breath taking due to fumes from the pool. The bedding is old and worn, and bathroom fixtures broken.

Super clean, helpful staff. Beds were uncomfortable. Pool water was a decent temp, but the air conditioned room with no sunlight made it uncomfortable cold to swim.
