Cosy room and well cooked, quality and varied breakfast. Welcoming, helpful and professional host and staff. Excellent central location within Grange over Sands and also well located for the South Lakes peninsula together with cultural venues locally and further afield too. In addition, handy access to easy walking promenade and nearby train station too. A spectacular panorama on a clear day across Morecambe Bay but very pleasant at all times. Bonus of front ‘patio’ garden very colourful, inviting and well cared for. N/A

the staff were very good-friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for our needs. near to a car park and to a park to take the dog to. also not too far to walk to the station our dog wasn’t able to go in the dining room which made breakfast a bit difficult.

This is probably the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. Host Geraldine was so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. Absolutely nothing.

Very friendly, helpful and warm hosts they made me feel like I'm at home. I was staying with my beloved dog and she got special treatment as well. The room was very nicely presented and clean , there was a room service every day. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. If you like long walks the hotel is situated close to the beautiful promenade. Highly recommend. Thank you x
