Nesuto Curtin Perth Hotel

Location was perfect will certainly stay again Some kind of misunderstanding I parked in a hotel carbay as agreed but received a parking ticket. Not sure how that happended as I spoke to someone on the front desk that night and they said they would charge for parking the following day but wasnt on my bill and received parking ticket. I didn't have the time to spend disputing the fine so just paid it.

Lovely quiet location with a nice view and easy access to shops and restaurants. They also accommodated our request for a late checkout so my daughter could shower after her running race.

I reallt need to get a receipt for this stay - I asked at reception and was told to message booking.com which I have done but still no receipt

Location was fabulous Due to no cooking facilities in the room, be aware if you stay on the weekend you may need to look further afield as many of the local food options close. But that simply takes some planning ahead.

Location central within the Curtain University Campus, IGA and various restaurants in same block, clean and comfortable room with Balcony. Staff friendly and helpful. Bus station close as well. Breakfast was plentiful in options and staff helpful. A little difficult to find the exact location of entrance or where to park, signage/directions on Campus not overly clear.

Location, tidiness, structure

Door seals to corridor were not fitted and created a draft when the door to the balcony was open.

Great location less than 15 mins from the CBD, quiet at night, lovely breakfast buffet, efficient staff and a buzzing university campus vibe during the day. The highlight for me was access to the uni gym which is a complete gym just across the road from the hotel. It was truly a highlight of the stay. You are also located above several food outlets, cheaper student cafeteria style as well as more pricey high end eateries as well. Walks around the campus are lovely and peaceful and Coles and a bunch of other stores and food outlets are a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk from the hotel. Rooms, bathrooms and facilities are modern and functional. A proper desk and excellent wifi are a great touch for working from your room. Nothing

Great property, friendly staff, comfy beds, and enjoyable breakfast. Lastly, they had a direct bus right outside to Optus stadium, which was handy for us. Nothing -- all good!

Stayed in the Superior Double Room - felt more like a King due to it's size, almost 2.5 x bigger than standard hotel room. Exceptionally clean, spacious, contemporary, very luxurious feel. Instant hot water too. Lighting and curtains excellent, along with the large work desk. Very quiet area. Will be back. SIGNAGE!! Needs bigger street signage (ie small interior roof sign, big decal on building would help as I drove past multiple times looking for it). Mattress isn't plush/soft enough but that's just my personal taste. Could hear someone coughing thru the walls. Exceptional facilities overall.

The rooms were clean, a good size and very comfortable beds. Will defintely recommend to friends and family.

Great breakfast and good location. Upon leaving the front desk was no staff member in attendance so there was nowhere for me to leave my room keys. I just left them on the front desk.

breakfast buffet was excellent, plentiful and well kept up the parking is difficult and the very small pickup/dropoff area is hard to manage especially if two cars are trying to park there. I had to move the car to let a bus go by on the very narrow street.
