Very clean and nicely maintained hotel. Bedsheets, commode, washroom, floors were clean. AC was working well and clean. Staff was good. Hot and cold water worked well, buckets and mugs were clean, toiletries provide. Overall a very good value for money if you don't use the food services. I ordered a paneer sandwich, egg maggi and one more dish. The taste was average but the worst part was the plates, spoons and forks very very dirty. The initial set of forks had hugh mass of previous food and the plate in which maggi was served had stains on it. I called the service desk and asked for a replacement fork which came wrapped in a good tissue. Unfortunately it too had food stains. The hotel is very good but avoid the food.

The property was clean and the staff and owners were helpful and polite. The food was good with the quantities being more than expected. The restaurant is on the fifth floor and there is no lift. The emergency power generator set is right outside room no. 1. The noise of the generator and the shouting by the workmen and mechanics kept me awake the whole night. The location of the property is a bit isolated and there are no proper road signs to lead you to the property. This is not the fault of the property owners. It is the fault of the municipal authorities.

I dont liked it at all thé behaviour of the front desk person he is very rude the workers are good but that one single men is in very attitude when i asked him first he told me the rate 3500 and when i booked it online form booking.com it was maybe 2500 or 2700 he was also scaming me so bad experience
