The location was very handy for the purpose we were in Cape Town; hotel facilities were more than adequate. Staff was also generally friendly and helpful

I arrived at the hotel only to be told that they had moved me to another hotel owing to the staff rather accommodating other guests who wanted to extend their stay .

The staff is AMAZING! So frendly and accommodating! The room AC was not functioning properly and no one could properly adjust it.

Very noisy rooms! Could hear everything going on in the busy street. Windows definitely need sound proofing.

Buffet was good. Our stay included dinner, u get a voucher which is good but u cannot buy drinks with the voucher so u loose whatever money u have left in yr voucher, as me and my partner are not big eaters so we used very little for the food.

There is bar space available that could be used to better advantage by having the coffee and/or some of the food,.rather than crowding it all in the small buffet room.

Good price, good location, nice cafes nearby, you can walk during the day, very clean, everything is mostly new, pleasant rooms. “Deluxe” rooms are smaller than regular and all face a very busy road, was hard to sleep, but we asked to change the room, and then had a nicer experience. Personnel did go through our bags, nothing was missing though. Restaurant takes way too long and the food is very mediocre in comparison with other restaurants we have tried in SA

It was clean,furniture is good quality and very friendly staff from the reception to the kitchen stuff,thumbs up There's no soap holder in the shower I had to bath holding my soap,it would be nice to add one for people who don't use your one that is already in the containers.

The Location Communication is poor! I tried to contact them five times before arrival to request an airport shuttle. Only to be told on the day of arrival that there were no more seats available because I should have booked an appointment. I mentioned the same thing at check-in, and they told me I would speak to the hotel manager. Nothing happened! The breakfast was terrible.

Allover great with an excellent location. The staff are friendly and beds comfortable. The staff needs lots of training on the POS system and bar service is very slow. The bar ran out of Coke Cola as well as Castle Light beer.
