We had a great experience at the hotel

Room very clean..felt really safe there..hot breakfast and alot of extras..coffee very good. Pool was clean for the most part. Luggage racks not available when I needed them at 5am.

The bed was comfortable Not cleaning every day The carpet was steaky

I have been staying with them for 2 years now and love the customer service it may not be the best luxury/fancy hotel but I woulnt trade it for one. The location is great

The staff was friendly but the entire hotel needs a deep cleaning. The beds were clean and comfortable which was appreciated. However the room was both worn and showing a lack of attention to detail. For example, someone spilled crackers on the floor in front of the elevators on Level 2. The crackers were there for over 24 hours and still there when we left ...

We arrived really late and did not stay for breakfast, unfortunately.

The property is conveniently located with ample parking. The room was clean and the check-in staff was friendly. They offer free breakfast, which was great and got us off to a great start to our day.

Breakfast is good and location is close to all the restaurants and stores, walking distance.

There should be some type of emergency Pole chain string for your handicap rooms! Also no vent in the bathroom

Went to a concert and needed a place to lay my head. Place was clean. Breakfast had a nice selection for a quick start. Terry was very friendly at the desk. Would definitely stay again.

I think the staff. The location to everything was great. The beds were extremely hard. There was bugs in the bathroom.

Clean rooms. Had fun in the pool!

We have stayed here a number of times over the years. The property is showing its age and repairs and updates are needed. Otherwise the room was clean and AC was cold! The area is nice and security seemed good.
