Courtyard by Marriott Greensboro

Room was clean, staff was kind and parking was good as always. In walking distance of lots of food and stores.

It took us a minute to locate the entrance but once located the facility is beautiful and clean, staff very friendly bed very comfortable. I will stay again

This stay was unexpected for a Marriott. The carpets looked as if they had not been cleaned in ages, the fixtures were from the 1980’s, and although we stayed 5 days they only made our beds 1x. This was very disappointing especially after days out and about. I’ll stay else where next time in Greensboro!

Everything was great. Hotel is surround by lots of places to eat and shop.

The fron office staff was very welcoming and very nice and friendly I will returned and refer other family and friends had a great stay

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend. It happened to be extremely hot every day (over 96 degrees) we were there with a heat index of 103 but not once was the pool open. The pool was clean and running but the gate was locked. When I inquired about using the pool, the woman at the front desk simply said “no, it’s closed” without any explanation as to why or when it might be able to be used. It wasn’t open Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. We also never saw the little cafe counter in the lobby (“that proudly serves Starbucks”) open. I tried to call the front desk using the button labeled “front desk” on the phone but nothing happened. It must be broken. And when I walked to the front desk to ask if we could have a late check out, the woman simply said “no”. I’m not sure if they just don’t do that at Courtyards or if she didn’t know how to check the computer or what. The location to groceries and restaurants was helpful but not having a microwave in the room and the fridge being so small, you couldn’t have a quart of milk standing up in there and still close the door, were not ideal when traveling with kids. I would not stay there again.

We were disappointed that the pool was closed since it’s summer but the rest od the hotel was great.

The pool was closed arbitrarily. There was also no service in the morning at the in-house coffee shop. Be careful if you are traveling with a pet. The pet fee is only $16 but the don’t disclose to you a $100 “pet cleaning fee” It is in the paperwork that you sign at check in so read carefully.
