I feel bad leaving a bad review but this is not the place where you can get to feel safe. Rooms are poorly clean and smell like smoke and the place need some maintenance. Dirty outside too. The blonde girl with glasses at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. I think she add some shine to the place and should get a raise. If she is reading this "Thank you"

The property was crime ridden, not safe, not clean. Police were there multiple times. This should be removed from Expedia.

Absolutely nothing! Very disappointed from the moment we pulled in the parking lot. -Folks hanging outside with loud music, smoking, children throwing garbage from the second floor! -Woman throwing cigarettes from the second floor! -Dirty carpets, dirty window curtains & shades. -No wash cloths, towels in the room. The refrigerator was filthy! -No elevator! This motel, because this should not be in The hotel category, should never be listed as anything besides a complete dump!!! Enter at your own risk! Only positive thing I can say is it’s located in a very good area and there are better hotels on the same street- thank God! Needless to say I left and went and got a room elsewhere for my week stay in North Carolina.

No towels , no wash clothes, didn't even have a shower curtain. Pillows were awful. Not very clean. Didn't have any cups in the room and only one small bar of soap. I would never stay there again even if it were free.

I love nothing my room was very dirty and the room had food smell will not recommend this place to stay.

Unfortunately I refused to check in once getting to the property. The conditions were poor, and the property smelled like weed.. There were people standing outside their doors partying, drinking and smoking weed and one man was standing in his underwear. I did not feel safe and especially with my grandson.. Horrible experience.. The clerk understood my concerns and acted like this was normal and was helpful in giving me back my money, so that was a plus

I would never recommend no one to stay at this place. It should really be condemned. It’s a lot of drug activity. The room was very filthy. There was dog hair inside my sheets. The door don’t go to the floor. The windows look like somebody was trying to break in but and loud music and trash Me and my family would never never never go back to this place. We actually left. We didn’t stay we got another room and turned the keys back in. $130 wasted!!! The room was on the 3rd floor with NO ELEVATOR

it was an awful experience at first no wash clothes and stuff in room no soap to wash hands that was never brought loud outside all night long just and overall bad experience.

The blinds were broken. The lamp was broken. The tub was dirty. I had no towels, and there are people walking past the window, all times of the day and night.

Room was horrible. I washd up in the sink bcause I will never step a foot in that NASTY tub to not even to shower.. the rest of the bathroom was dirty as well, the bed sheets were stained. the top locks were torn off the door. Burn stains on counter tops.

The place filthy needs to be closed down worse experience I've ever had in a hotel

I didn’t even stay in the room. When I arrived at the property there were men outside that kept trying to call me over. They stared me down and kept calling me saying, “hey baby” and “come here girl”. I went into my room and it smelled like cigarettes. I told the girl up front that I would not be staying, and I didn’t feel safe. She told me to go through Expedia to get a refund.

Room was overbooked. Waited 1 1/2 hour and Hotels.com sent me to a better hotel. No one to be found to talk to
