Location I booked a handicap room which was not available. I reached out to both the hotel and Booking.com and I still had to keep my 92 year-old mother in a room where she couldn’t even get on and off the toilet.

The location and value there was a damp mildew smell in my room.

The staff was accomadating Everything for breakfast was sweet. Traveling with family one of the rooms booked for disability access was not available. we found trash under the both beds.
