Very clean, Easy check in. Staff is phenomenal. The rooms were clean as well as the building and grounds outside. Had a studio room with kitchenette. Sink, full refrigerator, microwave and stove. Laundry clean and worked properly. No complaints about this place would definitely come back.

This is a very basic hotel. Rooms are sufficiently clean, the front desk hours are from 9AM -10PM. No one there after hours. First floor rooms are essentially in the basement.

Great hotel for the price. Clean and cool temps.

No breakfast at location. Had to do a $100 deposit after paying hotel- refundable. Check in was at 3 o'clock, no exceptions. Rooms cleaned a little later. All in all a pleasant stay. Wasnt bothered at all. Cleaning every day if permitted. Breakfast would be nice.

The location was convenient, the room and property were clean and well-maintained, the bed was super comfy, it had all the in-room amenities necessary for an extended stay, and the staff was welcoming. The A/C worked great and the TV was modern and the perfect size. Also, it's a unique-looking, smaller hotel, which provided a "home away from home* feel. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a short stay and I wish we could've stayed longer.

I stayed for 4 days. It was in a good area near Wendover. The room was clean, and it smelled clean, with no dog smell. The air worked well and the kitchen had a full stove, with an oven! I will definitely stay again when I'm back in town.

It was clean and staff were helpful. Steps were required to get to our room. There is no key drop box for checking out. I searched and searched. Finally found a staff member and they told us to just slip the room key under the office door. The room had an awful smell stuck with my clothing after I left.

The entire property smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke and marijuana. The photos online do not accurately represent the current condition of either the hotel or the rooms. The property appears extremely run-down and gave the impression that it may be frequented for prostitution or drug-related activity. The exterior was littered with cigarette butts, and the interior was old, dingy, and in desperate need of repairs and updates. Although the room included a kitchenette, it came with no silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, or even plates. Guests are expected to either purchase a new kitchen kit or pay to rent a "clean" used one. Perhaps the most surprising policy was the linen option. If you're concerned that your children or pets might stain the sheets and cause you to lose your $100 security deposit, the hotel offers to exchange your clean, unstained sheets for a set of "clean stained" sheets. While I understand the reasoning behind the policy, it's unsettling to say the least. I would give this place zero stars if it would allow me.
