Tru by Hilton Greensboro, NC

Upon checking in the receptionist was very helpful with giving information about property and the different amenities and breakfast times. Parking was convenient not crowded or hard to find parking spots. Also the area was close to different shopping areas, restaurants, Lowe’s, gas stations. Didn’t have to drive far to get to anything which was amazing.

I would have loved to see more vegan options for breakfast.

Room was clean. There were many places to put things, they made use of all the space.

This is our second time of stayed this hotel. We had a good experience if stay. We are happy with the cleanliness and the kindness of the staffs. The location is very convenient to many restaurants nearby. The creek stone bar and grillie

I liked the convenience of the location of the hotel. I also liked the free parking lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok and wasn't really great, but I understand because it was free.

The location was the main reason I booked this hotel. I do not normally stay in a Tru. Staff was very friendly and helpful. So, I thought the hotel room/bathroom would be immaculate because the lobby smelled clean and looked great! Get up to the room, there was a roach in the hallway and a roach in our bathroom. The corners of the bathroom were dirty. Never stayed in a room with NO MICROWAVE and the fridge was far too small to even put our leftovers in. We as a family are used to a certain caliber of room traveling with 2 kids and this was not acceptable. No vending machine, ice machine on the 1st floor smh. Never will stay here again.

Sparse room, no carpeting or soft furniture made noise that much worse. Hard bed!

The staff was rude and didn’t offer late checkout. The food was poorly prepared and not enough variety.

Hotel was visually appealing and clean. Room was tiny, breakfast was not amazing, felt like this was a bare bones hotel with not many amenities yet more expensive than other options with amenities.

clean rooms and very nice helpful staff

Check in was quick and they just charged a $30 hold for any damages they was promptly credited back at check out. The only minor annoyance was that for an undisclosed reason alcohol sales had been suspended until further notice.
