The house itself is absolutely charming, with a warm, inviting feel and lots of thoughtful details that make it special. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a bed that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, this is exactly what you hope for in a bed and breakfast: great hospitality, a comfortable stay, and a homey, relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly, helpful hostess. Beautiful house in a nice park area. Easy parking access. Delicious breakfast. Lots of water bottles to combat the heat!

What I like about staying in a small personal business is the feeling of home, a genuine welcome, and a sincere personal touch. The owner (s) greeted us warmly, insisted on carrying my heavy bag, led us to a small but comfortable room with an individual bathroom and a very comfortable fresh smelling bed. There was a framed part of Greensboro history to which our room was dedicated. The owner made us a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit, French toast, an omelet and coffee and sent us off with snacks for the road. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!! Note: the house is old and homelike so may not be for everyone.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay. The owners were very courteous and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was phenomenal and extremely generous! You won’t go hungry! We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was great. Parking was ideal. Safe location. Gardens around the home were lovely.

Breakfast was simple, but very tasty.......and plentiful for us two seniors...+...plus Sarala, gave us a "treat bag" as we left!

Our hostess and host at Greenwood could have taught a class on hospitality. Friendly, by the end of the stay we wanted an excuse to stay longer. Helpful. Quick and simple directions to our show. Advice. Let us know that walking to and from the show was relatively safe. Again a class could be taught by the Host.

What a wonderful place to stay! We were in town for a show at the Tanger Performing Arts Center, and this Bed and Breakfast was perfect. Sarala, the owner, was so warm and welcoming. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were lovely. It was easy to get in and out of the house, and we awoke to coffee and breakfast being made. The breakfast was incredible and Sarala even sent us a chocolate bar to take home for our kids. We will definitely be back!

She cooked an excellent breakfast every morning. Omelets, French toast, bacon, pancakes, fruit. She was super nice and friendly, very accommodating.

The owner lady was very nice and patient - the house was lovely and the room/bathroom clean. The mattress was good and the house was so quiet that (unusual for me) I slept all through the night. Breakfast was very good and plentiful - the hostess even prepared a snack bag (apples, water, snack bar… ) for the road : what a lovely attention! Perfect. I will definitely come back ! My stay was too short…
-
Friendly, quaint truly traditional bed and breakfast experience with a spacious room, comfortable bed, delicious fresh-cooked breakfast, and lovely hosts. Walkable to the Tanger Center/downtown Greensboro.

Fantastic stay and great pancakes.

Sarala was incredibly hospitable and willing to accommodate us on our wedding night! She had excellent communication and was even willing to wait up for us to arrive after our reception that ran later than expected. We had a delicious breakfast at a time that was comfortable for us and a very comfortable stay. This bed and breakfast has old money charm and a beautiful outdoor space as well. My new husband and I were very pleased with our stay! The only thing that I wish had been better was the stock of soap, towels, shampoo, etc. in the bathrooms. There were dispensers in the bathroom for all of these things, however most of them were empty or nearly empty. A few extra towels would have been a nice addition as well! But really this is our only complaint, and otherwise our stay was absolutely perfect and could not have been nicer!

Great Bed and Breakfast! Right on the outskirts of the city. I would recommend! None

Such a lovely, charming home with a gracious, attentive hostess! The exterior is also beautifully landscaped with flowers and trees. Nothing. Have stayed here for years.

Quiet neighborhood. Nice 120 year old home. Very pleasant and responsive host. Parking directly across the street. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Even brought home a couple of freshly picked Japanese Persimmon fruit. Would stay again.
