The young lady at the desk was absolutely amazing! Could not have asked for better service! Will definitely be my go to place to stay when attending events at Tanger again

The location was perfect for us. The staff that we interacted with were great. Loved how our room was on the same floor as parking access. We were there for A&T move in weekend so this was perfect. Breakfast was as expected and the area was spacious with lots of seating. The only drawback we had was that our room was not serviced/cleaned on the day that aligned with their policy, however it was cleaned the next day after we brought it to their attention.

Breakfast was fine, and cleanliness was top notch.

This was our second stay at this location, and it was every bit as excellent as our first! The staff members are friendly & helpful and the property is clean and well-maintained. We'll def. be back when life brings us back to Greensboro!

everyone was friendly and willing to help with any issues u may have lots of choices for breakfast if i had to complain it would be nice if the hard boiled eggs came un shelled as I usually rinse under water to remove hidden shells they left shells on eggs so with no way to rinse off i ate a shell ruining my hard boiled egg

Was a comfortable stay. Hotel staff pleasant. No complaints. I wish they had a small store to purchase Tylenol, toiletries, etc. No food option on premises.

Clean, pet friendly hotel with extremely friendly staff at the front desk. The location wasn’t the best. Always felt safe in hotel but area outside was not the safest.

I liked the parking. I enjoyed drinks at the bar. I also enjoyed sitting out on the patio with family! Housekeeping came an hr before check out
