Hyatt Place Greensboro/Downtown

The caring, attentive staff at the downtown Greensboro location made the experience that much better. I appreciated the clean rooms, excellent parking, good food and drink options, and just the spaciousness of the lobby areas and the rooms. I slept great, ate well, and felt welcomed by the staff. I would only suggest that perhaps the staff could pay more attention to the carpets in the rooms. They are definitely due for a deep cleaning.

Very nice hotel. Right next to the Grasshoppers field. You can watch the game from the pool. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful.

I expected more than what I got. The bathroom sink was falling apart. The toilet had to be flushed multiple times just to go down. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was excellent.

Everything about the property was fantastic - staff, amenities, location, rooms, etc. However, I was disappointed that the room thermostat was altered multiple times (raised to a higher temp) during my brief stay. A guest should be able to fully control the room temperature.

Location, cleanliness, spacious room Elevators slow, breakfast was cold and not replenished.

Clean, modern, comfortable. Lots of cozy places to sit in lobby. Loved pool and workout room! Nothing!
