They were Absolutely AMAZING!!!!

It was amazing! Check in took a while though. Everyone was waiting around in the lobby for their rooms. We got ours just before 4 pm -which was tight for our 5:30 pm event.

This is the very best hotel in South Carolina. Extremely kind and helpful staff, thanks especially to the valets, beautiful art and surroundings, comfortable rooms with great light and linens.

The location was fantastic. Once we parked our car, we didn’t move it the entire rest of our stay. We walked to shops on Main Street, ball games at La Fluor field, restaurants, trails at Reedy Park, and the Saturday Farmers Market. I would have liked a directory in the room explaining some of the amenities, like how to use the safe, hours of restaurants, gym hours and spa services. There were some QR codes, but not for specific details.

Our stay was wonderful. The property is beautiful with great spots to drink coffee, read, or do work. The staff were friendly, helpful, available, and fast. Our room was beautiful and comfortable and clean.

This was our 2nd time staying here for our anniversary. It was wonderful.

Perfect location to visit downtown , staff was very helpful and valet was top notch. We stayed in a suite and had the best view of the falls , great property.
