Didn't even stay looked abandoned and should be demolished

Absolutely NOTHING. Honestly, I would like my money back. Flagship Inn and Suites was the MOST AWEFUL place I have EVER stayed, BAR NONE. At the point I opened the door to my room, I wanted to run away. The place had not been maintained for decades. There were holes in the wall. The microwave, which did not work, was on the desk seat, which smelled and had stains on it. The bathtub looked like it had NEVER been cleaned. The toilet seat was broken. There were no bulbs in the two light fixtures. The bed had stains on it. The towels smelled and had stains as well. One outlet had no electricity to it. Another had the cover off, and I was fearful I would get electrocuted. THe neighbors were loud. The building manager could not be found for 20 minutes. The manager's building was condemned by the city, and he used one of the hotel rooms has his main office. The hotel was in a seedy dangerous looking area. I felt scared for my life. By the time I came to the motel, I had zero options for the two night stay. I brought my clothes and computers and stayed one night, got 4 hours rest before I packed up and left. I did not stay the second night there, but drove to the Hilton close to Providence airport and slept in my car in their parking lot for the second night. I had hoped I'd get some good rest before my early morning flight from Providence, but I got another 4 hour sleep night in the car. I normally take pictures of the places I stay, but I was SO EMBARRASSED about my selection of this venue that I did not want my wife to see any photos of the motel I stayed at, because she'd never let me live this down and show my friends how cheap I was. Now, I regret not taking photos because I see pictures section below as evidence...I realize this dooms my chances of getting my money back, but I feel I should still let you know how bad this was and to take this place off your listings. Certainly, all my friends will soon know about it...

Not ever checking in The boarded up windows, half burned down building, and drug addicts sitting on the stoops.

The room was dirty, TV had 4 channels and woke up to roach crawling on my bed then when turned on light roaches crawling on wall & sink. I tried to call the number but I got an AI person to get a refund I had to leave that same night spend more money that I didn't have to stay up the street.

Disgusting, Drug and Prostitute infested.

I booked the room with full payment. Check in date on 8/1, I arrived at 5:30pm, they changed my king size bed to 2 full size bed and no other choices. And the room is under renovation, all paints on the ceiling is peeling off and hanging, bathroom door dirty and broken, no hangers, no iron and ironing board, no hair dryer, no cups, no boiling kettle, and the bathtube has much staines. We are rushing for the event in Mohegan sun until 8/2 5:30am. When we come back the key card doesn't work, knocking the management office door for 15mins. no feedback, finally call the motel no. somebody reboot the card. And we went back the room took a short break, then checking out at 11:00. We have no mood to take a bath, when we saw a 2 inches mosquitoes was killed and sticked on the ceiling, bugs and flies found in the room, the only thing I want is leaving this place ASAP.

Horrible ! The whole place !

This property should be condemned! It’s was infested with cockroaches! We saw at-least 4 in the five minutes we could stand to be in the room! This place needs to be reported to the board of health and shut down! Nothing!

Nothing. This place should be condemned. COCKROACHES in the room!!!!! Broken, dirty furniture and fixtures, smelled disgusting, windows wouldn’t close, doors were practically still open even when locked. It was a total trash heap. I can’t believe this place is even open.

Horrible accomodations, there was a storm the night we stayed and this place did not have a back up generator so we left at 11pm and drove back to home to Long Island, worst experience ever!

It was not a good experience. I have traveled the country and never had an incredibly roach infested room. Could not rest and celebrate the country's 250 year on the 4th of July. Extremely disappointed. Could not believe no discount especially when I had to get a raid can from the management. The can was only a quarter filled. Not enough for the roaches. I have never complained about a place but was upset no one ever came to see or apologize. NOTHING!!!!

This hotel was disgusting. Half of it was boarded up and the rooms were well below average. When I saw the property and then the room, I immediately asked for a refund and went somewhere else.

Gross. Not maintained. Shouldn't have even checked in. Stay far away from this dump.

I wish it was better maintained. It has bugs in the bathroom and had a weird smell of mold

No 24 hour reception had to wait half an hour to check in Microwave oven was broken Refrigerator full of ice Receptacle in kitchen was broken and without cover Bathroom curtain fell on the head of my wife TV had no channels Room painting and finish had mold Worst experience ever
