Didn't get in the door - they were closed! Hotel was permanently closed & we booked months ago & received no notice & had to find a new hotel at midnight.

Like most inexpensive hotels, the carpet could use a good cleaning, but it wasn't too bad, odor-wise.

The 2 room aspect of the suite was nice and the location was great. The outlets were exposing wires from the wall, there were white stains on one of the chairs, the bed although a king was not comfortable, the pillows were like paper and woke up with a sore neck, we had to ask for a DND sign for the door, there were two remotes yet only one worked for both TV's. The back panel was detaching from one of the cabinets and there were scratches in the wall from I Think moving furniture. Most of the lights were unplugged and when trying to plug them in they wouldn't easily go into the outlet, and the walls were thin as the entire time I could hear someone coughing their head off from one of the surrounding rooms, non-stop. The breakfast was a nice idea but I was not impressed. For three stars I guess I expected more and feel I could have stayed at a lesser expensive place with the same outcome. The bathroom was very small basically had to be used with the door open. I had reached out via chat to ask for a room on the second floor, no response, I had asked when we arrived to be on the second floor, they gave me a second floor room with no issues I did ask if it was as nice as the one they had booked for me she said they were all the same....the wall dividing the room did not have the open space in the wall sort of like a window to view each other from adjoining rooms, this was disappointing as the photos showed that and I thought it was cool....she had said all the rooms were identical, I disagree, I think they took photos of the best king room they had and used those.... because this room did not seem as nice as the photos.

sorry, nothing. hallways smelled of smoke, rooms smelled musty, carpets were nasty, half-assed cleaning happened, appliances and decor was barely hanging on. I would never come back here

Good location. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, but the hallways smelled like urine. The best word to describe the place is seedy.
