Good location with easy access to the freeway. 2-3 stars as expected.
-
that it was open for use the hole place needed to have a refresh the out door seating area was like a back alley in a slum the water and air was cold and the hot tub was boarded over

The smell was terrible from the stairways to the room there was plastic covering the ceiling outside our room that looked like water damage. The complementary breakfast was a joke got there at 8 no food left except a few bagels and no one refilled anything. The pool was freezing and was very outdated. The hallway to the food and pool smelled like trash. Very disappointed!
-
Very outdated. Tiles missing in the pool area, elevator stunk, no housekeeping.

Passable

The hallways had a lot of wonky smells in the basement and some broken tiles, cards to open the room didn't work well.

The location was easy to get to, the staff were all friendly and professional. People smoking right outside of the door when I was trying to go to dinner and almost made me fall.

Entering the Ramada, it was not what I expected. I’ve stayed at WYNDHAM before so I was in shock. Our room had a very unpleasant odor, the cards keys would deactivate on its own so we had to keep going back for another. Other visitors had the same issue. There were trip hazards in the hallways (rugs) The hot tub was covered up and could not be used. You have to ask 24 hours in advance to have a maid clean up the room! On our second day I requested towels, only fresh towels, and upon our return at 7pm we had not gotten any towels so we had to wait 30 minutes to take our showers. The jetted tub had nasty rug flooring on the steps ( that probably is where the odor originated) There were NO RAMPS anywhere outside the property, all steps. My husband uses a walking stick and it was difficult for him to use the stairs. The only good things about our stay was that it was only a 2 night stay. I would never ever go back there. And I would NEVER REFER anyone to stay there.

Waffles were good but ran out of batter right after us. Location was poorly lite, stuffy and they ran out of everything (food) by 8:15am and no staff to replenish. We had to find our own plates to restock for everyone in the cabinets ourselves, and that was 7:45am when we arrived. Breakfast opened at 7am.

?????? The facility was filthy and dilapidated, many torn areas of carpet a scary looking elevator, hand dirt and finger prints everywhere, the carpets had what appeared to be bleach stains in the hallways, 2 rooms where boarded up on with plywood the other will drywall, contonental breakfeast room was on the lower level and the thermostat rwas set to 72 and the rooms temperature read 80 it was hot in there there was no ryme or reason the the help ypur self breakfast bar, coffee cups were in a differnt place tthan the cover and yet a different place for the refrigerated milk, everyone though polite were on top of each other to get the food and people had to stand to eat because though there was room there weren't enough, smell was strong Indian food due to the restaurant and musty, almost molded or mildew, was no shower curtain, no toothpaste, mattress covers zipper was broken exposing the mattress,

Only good part is the restaurant being so close

Need to police your parking lot to avoid people making drug deals - freaking out my young daughter

This place needs to be broken down and rebuild. The rugs in the rooms and hallways smelled horrible horrible, the pool area is disguising I didn't even go in the pool because of the mold on the walls and crack in the ceiling. The breakfast kitchen area was disguising and disappointing. I will never stay there again. Everything disgusting place to stay, never never again

It's a decent place to stay. Room was clean, air conditioning very cold, which i love. Breakfast is good, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereals and yogurt, etc. The staff work hard but it's a large property and I understand it's difficult to maintain. There are many issues with exterior like, loose steps on side entrance, trim broken off door, stair wells dirty. Etc. They need a large investment to address all the issues. I would stay there again if nothing nicer isn't available.

The staff were accomodating, nice, helpful and polite. The property is ok a bit tired, they are keeping the rooms as nice as they can, it smelled a bit like mildew but I think it’s the carpet??? Yes some of furniture is a little older shows wear and tear but nothing crazy.Theres great coffee all day in the area near the restaurant but the coffee in the breakfast area wasn’t the greatest. The one thing that could also improve is the free continental breakfast. There’s not much to choose from but is doable.I really like the fact that they provide youth cribs. The pool is ok 3’ all around and on the small side especially for busy summers.I think it is also salt water, the kids loved it so did the other families using it.The front desk area was nice and the woman behind the counter was very friendly, something people including everyone in our group complained about was the smells in the hallways I could hear it being said by many guest like cigarette smell mildew etc.I’ve traveled plenty and have been to many places I’ve had to walk out of because I just couldn’t fathom staying, this was actually a nice experience for the family. The outside could use some tlc. There are so many nice restaurants and shops.Walmart is directly across them. All in all not bad. It was a pleasant stay.

While the room did not appear dirty there were many items that were in disrepair or in need of general maintenance. There was remodling/construction throughout many spaces within the hotel. The elevator was extremely hot. Our room specifically many of the furniture items had damage. Upon first arriving there was condensation along the entire ceiling in the bathroom. We ran the fan and left the door open to equalize the room temperature, but this is clearly an ongoing problem as the ceiling was very rusty. The shower curtain rod was barely attached and looked like it may fall at any time. There were lights burned out in the room and the beds were not queen sized as advertized, but full. The breakfast was ok, but tables were sticky from past use and there was clearly no one managing the service. Only someone popping in occasionally to check food levels. I would not say the staff went out of their way to be helpful or even friendly. I went to check out and the entire converstation went " I would like to check out." and a reply of "OK". That was it. No offer of a receipt. No "how was your stay?" Nothing. This place will not be worth the price unless some serious renovations are done to fix the damaged items and general rundown nature of the establishment. I will not be staying here again.

This place shouldn’t be allowed to be hotel it is absolutely disgusting in there ,has such horrible smell throughout the whole place,it honestly look like someone was murder there ,there was bleach stains all over the carpet. The pool was so gross! No one should stay there. They need to close it down.
