Nothing Not clean towels were dirty the room smells terrible

Nothing very dirty The whole room very dirty smells like cigarettes even tho its a non smoking room and i almost got attacked by a guests dog went to bite my calf . The whole first floor has tenants with either dogs or cats.

We checked in and went to our room. We checked out less than 5 minutes later. The bathroom had a urine smell. There was all different kinds of hairs and dirt on the bathroom floor. The bathtub had soap scum and hair in it. The counter with the sink also had hair on it.

was not aware that staff did not make up the room. Should be a sign in the room that states no "no room servise unless notified. Also furniture needs to be updated see above

A Place to lay your head when tired & can’t make it home Shower & AC good but NEW bedding & pillows are definitely needed!!! No blow dryer but ask front desk they have one. No restaurant or coffee on site.

You are currently undergoing major renovations. No coffee maker in the room and no microwave. The gap under the entrance door was wide enough that several medium size insects made their presence know. The a/c worked fine. As you got up off the bed there was a metallic sound - I did not investigate.

The room was clean, out dated but clean, bathroom tub floor was warped and dirty, this place has many people living there as extended stay guests, not a nice place to stay, people were shady, cats packed with people’s belongings in the parking lot, would not recommend staying there

The floor in our room was wooden . No carpet. Bathtub. Taste of Coffee in lobby.

I loved how customer service was so kind and welcoming and very understandable and helpful This property has a lot of potential. It’s literally located in a great area great place. I just wish that it was more taken care of. I wish that the cleaning team will actually clean the rooms before someone new comes in the rooms. I saw a lot of stains. I had to request clean sheets because there were boogers on the sheets that I first came in. I saw the walls in the bathroom needs to be cleaned the walls in the inside of the tubs were stains from the previous person who was there. The floors were dirty again with the stains on the floor. The towels has stain on them those towels that previous people Use should be deep washed, and if you noticed a stain on the towels get rid of them. no one wants to clean himself with dirty towels yet alone with stain towels well overall the rooms are beautiful. It has a lot of a lot of potential. I just wish that the cleaning team will actually clean the rooms

Great customer skills from employees, easy check in and friendly staff Room definitely needs to be checked properly, found items under the ac, also AC was very loud and there wasn’t a fridge or microwave in my room.

The first room we were put in smelled like cat pee, so I had to be asked to be put in a different room. Someone’s dog pooped right outside one of the door doors and he didn’t bother to clean it up

Clean room. Air condition. Microwave very old. Room need renovation. Good for a night.
