The breakfast was lovely! A beautiful assortment was waiting for us at our table when we came down for breakfast. The location was fantastic! Right in the town. This is a boutique hotel with so much charm and the best restaurant in Grottaferatta in my opinion. The food and the ambience is out of this world. The hotel/restaurant is family owned and family run. Very warm people and very accommodating. I can’t say enough.

Amazing place: this is historic building constructed in like 1850s and it still has lots of heritage inside. The rooms are big (by Rome standards), the rooms are finished with natural wood and bathrooms are all marble and stone finished. Breakfast is nice, but staff is super nice and welcoming (the owners by the way are always around). Remember that this beautiful hotel is located 35-50 mins car drive from Rome: you have to have a car to be able to come to this place and to reach Rome.

Clean, beautiful room. Nice bed. Great location. Terrific restaurant (“Taverna”) attached to the property and run by the same family, open for lunch and dinner. Not to be missed. Most of all: lovely people! Nothing we did not like. One comment: We travel to Italy frequently, so we know well what an Italian idea of breakfast is. But theirs is a bit Spartan compared to recent stays in other similar-quality Italian hotels. But not to worry! Nice coffee bars and an excellent bakery (“Pomme Pasticeria”) just around the corner!

Unique, historic family operation. Quiet rooms with lots of character. Brilliant breakfast and restaurant. Needs some wifi restructure/enhancement but other than that a brilliant stay.

I really enjoyed my stay in these apartments! Great location, spotless cleanliness, comfortable beds, and a stylish interior. Everything is well thought out, making the stay as comfortable as possible. The host was very attentive and always available. I will definitely come back! Everything was perfect!

Fantastic beautiful restaurant with excellent food, the hosts were very friendly. The room was clean and beautiful, the beds were very comfortable. It had an excellent shower I could hear the air conditioning unit in the bedroom.

Beautiful hotel with much attention to detail. Extra nice linen sheets. Nice Bvlgari toiletries and extra nice touch with robe and bath slippers. Bathtub ring needs a little attention in cleaning, but otherwise EVERYTHING was great. Nice breakfast served in front of fire place in the lobby and super location close to city center.
