can't get more central than this. comfortable room. has all the basic necessities and is clean. extra shared kitchenette and dining area + small internal balcony seating area. a bit noisy in the evening as it's on the main street where everyone hangs out. didn't really bother me though.

It is clean and functional, right in the middle of Grottaferrata. It is not the right place if you are sensitive to noises. It is excellent value for money. Same day cancellation policy. The partition wall is very thin so you can hear everything from the adjacent room.

Nice room in a nice suburban town with easy acces to Rome. 10 km to Anagnina metro station with large P+R parking. Kithcenette as well as kettle with tea & coffee at your disposal. We double checked with messages for 2 single beds , and got one double .. .?. This problems seems to be unsolvable ? and is in line with earlier comments. Pity!

Serene and quiet location, Lady spoke only Italian, but tried by all mean to assist me, very customer oriented. In the beginning, I didn't like the distance from Rome city center, but this was offset by the availability of transport and the serenity and atmosphere of the place.
