Princess B&B Frascati

Not much. Parking. Control of room temperature. Quiet. Ck-in/ck-out process. WiFi is OK. The fridge. Photos are beautiful - location is not (photographer did a great job). The place is outdated and not very well maintained. The villa is far from everything (you need a car). Bed is really bad - there's a huge hole in the middle. Floor needs to be cleaned better. Breakfast - lots of twinkies, bread and coffee.

Very nice accommodations once you figure out how to get in. Breakfast (self serve) was outstanding. Very comfortable. Not an easy walk to the center, but close. Busy street. Worst of all, Bookings reservation said they accepted Credit Cards; they DO NOT. It has been very difficult trying to get a payment though a bank transfer. The B&B needs cred card capability!!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The rooms and the place were very comfortable, with a modern and cozy style. The rooms were perfect for relaxing after a day of work. The breakfast, although it wasn't a buffet, was well thought out and more than enough for me, especially since my trip was for work purposes. What really stood out was the staff: they were very friendly, always willing to help and attend to any request. It was clear that they strive to provide excellent service and make the stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business trips or any other type of visit. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the walk to Frascati. The path is a bit dark and lacks proper lighting, which makes it a bit uncomfortable and dangerous due to the fast passing cars. It's something to keep in mind if you plan to walk in the area at night.

The staff was extremely welcoming and made you feel at home. The room was beautiful with private bathroom. Everything that was needed was there. Positivity in the whole house was underlined my words and little things. Definitely an upbeat vibe. The location is great. A short walk down the hill to go to Frascati. Great parking on premises. Fast WiF. Easy check in. I enjoyed my time and would come back in a heartbeat. A few more healthy choices for breakfast would have been nice but there was fruit and yogurt without sugar. Plenty of water too. A heaven for lovers of snacks though. There were many kinds of small cakes and cookies which was fun and gave a feeling of abundance. It was self service and simple but easy to find everything. Altogether definitely good. Everything needed to enjoy breakfast was there!!!

The property is located about 500 metres up a main road from the main centre, so you can easily walk there. The rooms are located at the back of the property via steps as the ground floor appears to be offices. Parking was no problem. A plentiful variety of breakfast items were available in a shared kitchen area with a large fridge, oven and microwave along with kettle and coffee maker. Had to arrange a meeting time with the owner which was difficult to accurately achieve due to traffic problems at the time. There did not appear to be any outside seating area which would have been useful.

Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Location was tricky to find and not within walking distance of restaurants, shops or parks. The shower stall was very tight.

Great location, just a short walk to the Centro Storico, parking available and great host who was there to greet us as we arrived. Really good selection for breakfast even though we needed to leave early and having water available was a really nice touch. Room was comfortable and you didn’t hear other guests. Not the properties fault but the walk in to the centre and back out to the property was not the nicest.
