Nice and close to the station, the facilities were fine, and very clean. Friendly host.

It happened to be fantastic timing for me being the only person on the floor of 3 units. This offered me full access to the shared toilet & kitchen for self-serve breakfast at my leisure. It worked out well but it likely would have been inconvenient to be situated right beside the shared bathroom had there been guests for the use & noise control.

The breakfast is accessible all the time. Even if is near the train station, it is a little bit hard to access with a suite case (pavement and stairs on the street and no elevator).

it is very central and clean. The hot shower was very welcomed. there was no lift but the owner assisted me with my luggage up the stairs. The shower is small and shower head couldn't hold up.

Great location steps from the train station. Staff was very attentive and came by twice a day to clean. Very big room and bed was comfortable. The only thing we feel needs improvement is the shower as it’s a little dated and small.

Lovely place to stay in Frascati. Only three minutes walk to the train station and then you're in Rome Termini in 30 minutes. Frascati is a charming town with plenty to do in the evening after a day of sightseeing in the city.
