Well appointed and central to old Frascati It’s basically a converted apartment. So you need 4 keys to get through the building to your room. That said, the facility was great and the breakfast was a token for a local cafe, which was excellent.

No free parking , only paid which is expensive and difficult to find a spot. Room was off the main entry and kitchen so was a bit noisy.

I liked the location, cleanliness and facilities Communications readiness not up to professional standard, it took a while to get hold of the host during check-in and check-out process that was quite convoluted.

It was like to be in a 700s building. The room with the “affresco” was big, comfortable and nice view of Frascati. The location is right near the center and not to far from the train that takes you to Rome. Excellent money/value ratio

Comfortable room with everything it said on the label. Traveled really for work and used the room as an office for a few days - worked perfectly. Wifi was good enough to download (reasonably) big data and the desk was good. Also the espresso machine brought comfort.

Great location, lots of restaurants around. Host was responsive, gave us tips for free parking streets. Breakfast place was around the street and vibrant cafe with locals. It was bit noisy, but not enough to disturb us.

Big, beautiful room and bathroom, with period furniture and decorations. Very good location, close to everything. Breakfast was served for vouchers in a nearby cafe: very tasty, nice atmosphere but persons who enjoy a more substantial breakfast could be disappointed (it was OK for me).

room size,quality furnishings, large bathroom, rectangular shower with shower wand, shared kitchen with separate tables and large refrigerator,great water pressure, reasonable cost,easy communication,level town area not far to train we came in on from Rome which nowadays is over touristed etc. .. oh .. Stanley Tucci Just reviewed it's oldest eating establishment which hasn't aired on TV yet .. so we ATE there :() staying in Rome to many times as it's an easy train/subway ride/access from surrounding towns like this one

This B&B was exceptional .the location was great , walking distance to the train and to town. Our host was accommodating and gave us great recommendations for restaurants! I cannot think of anything I did not like . I would come back again!
