Bruna was an excellent host - helpful, accommodating, and gracious. Bruna had water for free and umbrella available to borrow. Breakfast was simple but great - cafe had a variety of baked goods. I took out the elephant ears - not its Italian name - and it was the best. Location was walkable to restaurants and attractions. Best thing was it was easy to make a quick visit to Gandolfo. Only very minor issue was we had to take taxi to the place as the roads were a little steep so not easy with baggage. Also smelled some smoke possibly from nearby outdoor cafe. Otherwise, the location was excellent.

Great location. This is a small B&B with three separate rooms with private bathrooms. It is on the second floor up a wide and straight staircase. There’s also a lovely outdoor shared space. Communication was great and check-in was easy. Each of the rooms has its own air-conditioning. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Very convenient location in the center of Frascati. Also not far from a parking lot. Parking requires payment but the location of the lot is just a 5 min walk from the B&B.

Bruna was a great host and was able to accommodate our early arrival and departure and gave us info on restaurants. The room is modern, clean, and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee and tea in the lobby was appreciated. Coffee and cornetto breakfast at the coffee bar downstairs.

We visited this place for a day in Frascati and the room we had was really cozy with good atmosphere and Bruna was very welcoming. The location is very close to the train station but also restaurants and stores 1000/10

My parents, sisters and daughter all loved staying here. Bruna our host was the best host we had during our various stays throughout this trip to Rome, Napoli and the Almafi coast! She was extremely accommodating when we arrived. Frascati people are simply lovely, and they have a totally different way of life and attitude to the other people in the other places we stayed in throughout our trip to Italy. The Accomodation was so clean, the mattresses were super comfy…we were spoilt! And the three rooms we rented for two nights before we stayed in Rome were located in an extremely good area - apparently one of the oldest streets in Frascati! Thanks Bruna ? Nothing

The B&B is immaculate and the location is perfect. It’s close to the train and many restaurants, bars and shops. And it’s only 40 minutes from Rome. Loved our stay in Frascati!
