Beautiful property in the hood location, friendly staff, good decent breakfast. Close to the railway station It was obvious that property was not remodelled for a long time: especially airoconditioner, plumbing, Etc It was sad to see it.

Hotel is very outdated. A/C is impossible to regulate. Lots of plumbing issues. Black mold near the ceiling in the bathroom. Stayed in this hotel about 10 years ago. It was pretty good. Not any more. Looks like they didn't invest in keep up a dime during last 10 years. This is definitely not a 4* hotel anymore.

AC was not working, toilet kept running and would not flush properly
-
Nice hotel close to the train station & central bus stand
-
Beautiful large room elegantly with a huge bathroom and enormous shower stall with multiple shower heads. Scrambled eggs were always cold
-
Restaurants abound nearby, but facilities are limited at the hotel and the rooftop bar was unavailable.

No restaurant

Owner seems living in the hotel area and she has a lovely dog treating us daily. It is a small and lovely hotel with staffs close to each other. WiFi was not stable in the first floor during the rainy days.

The property is beautifully located. The rooms have a good view and is very close to train station. The stairs are not very safe to climb down with a baby and the lift is very slow and inefficient. The staff was not very kind and we should not use the bath tub because it was missing the cork that they never fixed.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms , shampoo and tea coffeee in the room as well as water

Had some issues with the WiFi that was a bit annoying. It was eventually resolved.

Nice staff family operation clean and functional rooms and solid for the rate paid and excellent location can walk everywhere in Frascati. wifi was non usable in my room had to use the meeting room/breakfast area to get decent bandwidth. Other than that its a solid stay. If they upgraded their overall wifi in the rooms and bandwidth In would stay here every time. Its the only limitation which can be frustrating. More so as well as I only get 2-3 bars on my phone reception so hotel bandwidth becomes essential which is lacking here.

The bed in the room was very big and comfortable. Very close to the train station to be able to get to Rome. The tea had coffee making facilities were poor. Paper cups to have tea and coffee in instead of ceramic or porcelain. The shower didn't allow for you to stand fully straight so you had to crouch under it to full rinse yourself off. WiFi reception for where we were situated was very poor.

Great location in the city centre. Clean room, spacious, with a very nice view, and very nice breakfast. The staff was very helpful and was able to book taxis for me and my colleagues whenever needed. The Wi-Fi connection was poor, but besides that, it was great.

Lovely elegant spacious clean room with traditional furniture & high ceilings, nice bathroom, warm room, friendly & very helpful staff, nice breakfast, easy parking, good walking location to historic & delightfully historic Frascati with nice restaurants. Gave some very good recommendations of where to eat which was much appreciated. Room was a corner room facing road - some traffic noise but was a Friday & then Saturday night. Probably would ask for a room not facing the main road next time & overlooking the pretty cobbled courtyard instead - which may have been much quieter. That said liked the elegant room we had and would stay in it again.
