No Wifi nor mobile Internet on upper floors. Fireworks, and extreme loud music every night.

Cakes and Sweets were fresh and tasty. Beautiful building . The air conditioner in room was very helpful in the time we stayed there Also, the pool was clean and calm Generally, I would like to return one day? The reception staff were not too friendly, but polite and courteous. Facilities in the room were not comparable to other hotels. No kettle and even no telephone to contact the reception. Although the room was clean, there was a smell from the bathroom which I think was because the building was old

The building and gardens are beautiful. At night in June a walk through the fragrant garden is wonderful. The restaurant is very good. I appreciate the service provided by Francesco and Daniele. You know it's good service (or really bad service ?) when you ask the waiters what their names are. I asked for a room with a view, expecting a view of Rome. I got a room with a nice view but only the front rooms have a view of Rome. The rooms are nothing special. They have an outdoor pool but no other facilities. If you're claustrophobic you will not like the elevators. I'd say they are 1 meter squared.

Poor internet and poor wifi even in the public areas, bo connectivity in the rooms

Very quiet, easy to get to Frascati center. Breakfast was good. Staff was exceptional. Elevators were slow but not a big issue overall.

Loved the location. Beautiful view and grouds. Free parking. Good breakfast. Rooms were a bit old. Could use some updates

No internet in the room, no coffee maker

Great breakfast
-
The only thing is that the wifi didn't work the entire period I was there (just one night) and even my phone didn't get service in that area.

Breakfast was great.Bed very comfortable. Did not like the type of coffee very much, tasted like instant

The property Is beautiful but remote, if you don’t have a car it’s a steep 30 min hike. Taxi service is unreliable at best. They need a shuttle service up and down to frascati 24/7 The scenery is beautiful but the remote nature is not good if you don’t have a car. Taxi service unreliable, extremely steep dark wooded hike from town

Amazing building, very nice staff. Good restaurant on site. Bathroom is very poorly maintained. Not expecting to find mold in such a hotel. Wifi in rooms was very poor.
-
Beautiful property, excellent view of the city below. Restaurant was closed due to a wedding and loud music late into the night.
-
The front desk staff were amazing and friendly. The views were stunning especially when you take a corner room you will have best views. No room service. If you go without your car it will be difficult and expensive to move around as the hotel is in a remote location.

Dinner wasn’t great. Steak had no flavour. Pasta was pretty good but not much meat.
-
Magnificent historical building, tastefully decorated with all necessary amenities. Gorgeous views of Rome below. Close enough to taxi into Rome and return to comfortable location away from the city.
-
The place itself is amazing. I think there are not so many chances to stay in such a special Italian villa. The shower had some problems.
-
Nice breakfast selections, beautiful views Pool hours- wish it was open later into the evening
