Beautiful building, very large and ornate. With nice staff. Great location for staying near the airport and also explore the towns nearby. Pool was full of wasps which made it unusable with my kids. Some parts of the building are a bit old, including a very noisy air conditioning unit that woke us up from the room next door.

it was a nice hotel but there was no cleaner, the toilet was full of hair and the bed was uncomfortable?
-
Non existent My door lock was broken from the inside The room was cold day and nite for the duration of my stay I complained for the 3 days and each day I was promised that everything will be fixed but wishful thinking

Nice decor and clean. There is some renovation going so expect some debris around. No kettle or basic amenities in the room. Had an early morning flight to catch so wasnt able to make a cup of tea before checkout at 5 am. When asked reception, they said the hotel policy is no tea/coffee/kettle in the room. You must buy it from the resturant during open hours. Imagine a no-frill airline where you are expected to pay for basic stuff but pay much more. Not impressed ? I have had much better experiences at basic hotels like Holiday Inn etc.

The place was amazing, clean, friendly staff and beautiful view. We had a beautiful experience I liked everything

The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The grounds were well kept and clean. The parking space was spacious. The area was peaceful and quiet but close enough to get to Rome via public transportation or your own car. Nothing

The room was large and the area was beautiful We waited a really long time for food, the chef only came to arrange dinner, having nothing to eat after arriving from the airport early morning. The waiters didn't explain the menu to us which was very limited. We ended up with a slab of meat each with nothing else... there's not much going on in this area, nothing in walking distance, to even get a sandwich. when I asked at reception they said you need a car to get to places for food.

Good hotels near Frascati and Grottaferrata, train to Rome within 10minute , swimming pool, ok. Swimming pool in the shade, to many trees on the way no where to sunbathe. Not all the rooms have balcony.

The hotel has a nice location. Where to begin? The hotel was probably a really nice place a long time ago, but it has not been updated or kept nice. The A/C barely works making the rooms hotter than what is comfortable. The breakfast was adequate but not efficiently displayed. The staff were not as helpful as they could have been. It’s an okay stay, but not worth the price.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Breakfast staff very professional and efficient especially Sophia More snack or light meal options could be appreciated

The staff were very kind, friendly and acoomodating. The floor of the room was dusty and dirty- all of our barefeet had dust on them after walking around for a while, the aircon unit was missing it's front panel (room 202) and was noisy. Breakfast didn't seem adequately restocked for the number of guests staying there, most things were out when we went to down at 8:30. Also, Italy is a place of amazing pastries, fresh fruit, cheeses, etc, but these items seemed mass produced with many shortcuts. Although the crostata was ok. Also the pool was open but very dirty.

The staff Toilet was broken and made a loud noise, small room and the pool was dirty

Beautiful hotel, staff always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included in the price which is great. Would have liked to have tea and coffee making facilities in our room.

There was not central heating in the room, just air conditioner worked. Bathroom was not comfortable at all.

The building and the premises are very nice. Own parking lot. The bar by reception is nice. It's a wedding venue. The room was still under construction: the hose for the center light was exposed (the lady at reception said that it was an actually functioning smoke alarm). The balcony had a lot of pipes and cables coming off the walls. The bathroom had a tiny shower with a tiny curtain and very bad pressure. We requested a double bed and we had a twin bed - they didn't change us the room although the hotel was half empty. The pool is under some very big pines and therefor lots of pine needles in it. My husband arrived to Civitaveccia with the ferry, which was 2h late. The kitchen was closed by the time he'd already arrived (21:50), with no option for room service. The area is full of big houses with gardens, so it was difficult to locate a 2nd option (we went past 3 restaurants that were also closed). We had to walk for 15minutes to find a restaurant that would serve us.
