The property itself was beautiful and very well decorated for the Dia de los Muertos celebration. liked everything but all of the stairs to get to room, after a long day of walking through town it took everything out of me to get up the stairs to my room

Parking situation is difficult sometimes

The place is cute and spotless - staff is very sweet and helpful and the food is good First night we were given a tiny room — but after speaking with helpful staff at the front desk (gracias Marycruz) we were given the Canela room which was perfect.

To small , overpriced and rooms looks like a motel and it should be more colonial…

The staffs were friendly. Definitely not what we expected. It seemed like we were the only guest in the hotel. The building is much smaller than we expected, and our room did not have a window. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND if you do not have a car as it is 20 minutes drive from the centre. They told us breakfast would be at 8am but it turned out to be 8.30, so we had to wait for 30 minutes doing nothing. Although the food was alright, it isn’t the usual breakfast selection that hotels would offer. We had to chose between three Mexican breakfast options and then wait for them to prepare it for us. To be honest, I was still a bit hungry after the set food but was not able to ask for more food.

After paying for a queen deluxe suite we were shown to a very small room with one queen bed. When I complained they moved us to a better room with a king bed. They said there would not be a price change. That night we were asked to pay 500mx more as we returned from a great day. I said no. The next day we were asked again for the 500 pesos. The staff was young and were professional, but I was unsettling. We ere the only people in the hotel. Please explain to me why you advertised the room upgrade and did not stand by your word.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Hotel was beautiful and clean. All staff was friendly, attentive and the food was great. It’s a short 15min car ride to the City center but has restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff went above and beyond and they made the stay that much more beautiful for us.

The complete experience was amazing! Actually.... I didn't like the air-freshener odor. It was lovely but quite strong.

Absolutely nothing. Poor customer service and poor policy for cancellation.

The hotel is beautiful, the room's furniture was great, the jacuzzi perfect, the room size amaizing, their pizzas were pretty good and their people are very friendly The only issue is they claim they have parking sports in front of the hotel reserved for guests (I called in and asked before I booked my stay) and they only have like 4 spots, so there is no free parking as they claim., if they were honest about parking spots I wouldn't reserve with them

It was pretty and the breakfast good but our experience was ruined The bath tub broke down so all of our room was wet and hummid and we had the recepctionist for like an hour trying to fix it, and to fix it we only had two dishes and the manager never faced us
