I must say it might be extra extra noise as it was a fifa world cup game for Mexico but rooms that face the street , as our did, where super noisy. Rooms that face the street are very noisy.

Location. Modern. Accommodating staff. Good breakfasts. Rooms facing the street are noisy.

Confusing policies, I was told I had free breakfast and the next day they said no.

Beautiful interior

A clean, modern hotel close to the city center, yet far enough removed to feel calm and quiet. The room was spacious and spotless with high ceilings, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi was lukewarm and essentially unusable. Breakfast options were limited and pricey, though there are good alternatives nearby. There was occasional noise in the central atrium from music, patrons, or staff. Access can also be a bit challenging during heavy traffic when tunnels are closed.

The location and bed. The amenities were missing. Not enough water or coffee.

It is a very elegant and comfortable place.

Way to much for what it was

The room and restaurant were excellent. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. LOUD! We were on the street and a club blasted music until 2am. My AirPods helped. The foam ear plugs supplied by the hotel were t enough for my husband. The car and motor cycle noise was also very loud.

Great location. Nice linens. Immaculate. New. Shower water was warm at best. AC never cooled the room. Noisy from bars and traffic.

Perfectly central location near all the major sites by walking distance. Near a lot of restaurants and the fun activities in the evening. Beautiful decoration of the hotel itself. Looks like a restored gem from the 1940's or 1950's. Very friendly staff, they helped us multiple times book tours and transportation at fare rates. The breakfast was delicious and generous portions. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We loved our stay here - the decoration and architecture took our breath away when we walked in. My wife and sister-in-law could not stop raving about the basement pool and hot tub. We wanted to stay another few days if we could. Would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Guanajuato. It's a bit hard to unload your bags when you stop in front of the hotel because it's a one way street. This has nothing to do with the hotel - it's just a characteristic of the many one-way streets in Guanajuato. Not a fault of the hotel, just something to be aware of if you have a lot of luggage or need more time to move from cars physically.

The property was clean which is something that’s important to us\ We got massages in the property and they were the worst ever. Our assumption is that they were contractors and the hotel hires people to come give massages and they don’t actually have staff in their spa. The ladies has us pay our heads on towels and they used some kind of muscle rub to the point we were cold.

they need to improve service little bit since they didn’t have pool towels and we only had one towel in our room to use. Pool is very nice, little cold for me, AND! It’s a little noisy, you will hear the callejoneadas until midnight, also I can hear people talking in the lobby very early in the morning.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Excellent location.
