Everything. Perfect location, clean, safe and so gorgeously decorated. The bedding was the most comfortable I experienced ever in a hotel. The service was perfect and the staff was so helpful with all my requests. I had a few meals on the roof top and they were all delicious and exceeded my expectations. It was the flower festival and the road was closed so the staff met me near the university steps and carried all my bags down the long hill. I can’t wait to come back! Nothing.

Occacionally, a subtle sewer smell...it may be from the street. It's an old city after all.

The space itself is beautiful and comfortable. Unbelievably loud late into the night. If you want to sleep, skip this place. The club on the roof will vibrate through your bed until 3am. It was a nightmare wanting a restful weekend and unable to sleep all weekend.

The hotel was amazingly nice. All the modern features and location made our family stay wonderful. All the people were friendly and willing to help but not pushy like the rest of the city is . We were left to our own and everything was clean and cool. The staff is wonderful. The best part of this place is the location but trying to use uber or Didi will be hard . The hotel wonderfully helped us get a taxi .

I loved everything about the property. Very nice and modern. The bar / restaurant was super slow. There was a table on the lower part of roof, 2 people and 1 table of 5 top step. It took over 20 minutes to get a drink. Pretty sure she just forgot. Service was very slow. But the burger was delicious.

The staff seems to have been trained to maintain professionalism and level of quiet that was exceptional!!! We stayed here 5 days, 4 nights and it was absolutely quiet the entire time. We were here during a very busy holiday weekend (Viernes De Dolores) and shocked at how quiet our room/ the hotel was despite the noise and crowds outside.

Location great, most of the staff friendly, the terrace is great, dog friendly all areas! For the price they have to improve on communication, service and cleanliness. We had several topics during our stay which were resolved but caused bad moods.
