Location was close to the main plaza but walk the hotel was on an very steep hill. Better quality of towels, daily bottle of water, more frequent change of bed linens.

it was walking distance to everything. the room was clean and spacious. the staff were very welcoming and friendly. the doors didn’t have standard locks just one pad lock with a key. the pillows were not comfortable. the Parking is 15 minutes away up on a hill. you are better off paying for parking at a lot close by.

The staff is always able to help (and they do help), The location is excellent, near everything. DO NOT ARRIVE IN CAR, TRY NOT TO ENTER THE DOWNTOWN IN CAR, the parking is at the top of a hill and to drive in the city is complicated even in a small car... really complicated, avoid that. Didn't like the pillows.
