The size of the room and the tall ceilings. The rocking chair in the room. Loved that there was a separate closet. My room had an oversized entry door, so cool. In the bathroom: The toilet was tucked tightly in-between the shower and vanity. The balcony room is a bit noisy since it faces the street. I felt the bed could have been more comfortable.

Location, cleanliness, staff on premises 24 hours, coffee service Had to climb four flights of stairs to get to our first room and the room was so small you could barely open the entrance door and nowhere to place our luggage. We were moved to a bigger room at a lower level, only two flights of stairs, that had two beds and therefore we were charged an additional $265 dollars for our stay ?

do many stairs was very cold didn’t offer breakfast said in app it offered breakfast asked for a heater for my room didn’t have at the time did offer us extra blankets

Great location right in the middle of the old town. Amazing view from the rooftop terrace. Clean, nice looking room with a coffee machine. Nothing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to everything in the historic zone. We had three rooms and each one was lovely. Steep stairs and no elevator to upper floors or rooftop deck. WiFi connection didn’t work.

Awesome location! right next to cathedral, great for hangin out at night, but it is a bit noisy early on the mornings. With summer coming the room sreally need A/C, at least a small portable one, the included fan is not enough

The hotel is in a really good location Unfortunately the pictures of the rooms are a complete lie. Our room was super small, tv wasn't working, there's no elevator and they leave you with only two towels, one face and hand towel. The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. Bathroom was ok but there's no shower door so everything gets wet after someone takes a shower.

The only issue for me was the wifi going out. It was eventually solved. There is plenty of street noise with the balconey door open, but is quite muted when closed. The noise did not bother me. I enjoyed all the sounds of Mexico, church bells ringing, music, callejonadas singing. Just saying in case you want quiet.

The room that I stayed in was tiny. The bed barely fit in the available space.

huge bathroom. comfy bed. great location. very clean. no wifi, no ac. everywhere in centro you will hear cars and church bells.

Great location Amazing view. The view only is 100% worth it Charming Other rooms looked spacious and great Nice personnel Our room was very small, with a small bed The shower head was not working well and the shower leaked pretty bad
-
location.. was great. Staff was very nice. it has a very nice terrace at the way top of the hotel. the rooms are very small, had no wifi. cable got fixed after 2 days, it’s right in front of a beautiful church and the Bells rang al 6, 7, 8am every morning. rooms I. second floor are high and need to go up many stairs. pictures on page are misleading.
-
location, decoration, view, ambience there was a problem with our shower that had to be fixed two times while we stayed there.
-
The street is one of the busiest in Guanajuato so there is a bit of noice during the day, but at night was ok

We had an item that was stolen by house keeping while staying there. They sent up the maid who to our knowledge was the only one who came into the room while we were gone. When we came back the item was no where to be found. We reported it to the front desk and they refused to do anything about the missing item.

Bed and pillows quite hard. No early breakfast available
