I did not rest due to the loud street noise. The cars passing by had music blasting and there seemed to be a bar nearby with loud music until almost 4am. Bring earplugs.

The staff team is extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. We were supplied a heater and blanket when mentioning we felt the room a bit cold. Also upon check out, my Uber ride request experienced delays and the manager went all the way helping me communicate with the driver, trouble shoot, and eventually called a cab in time, ensuring us catching a smooth ride to the bus station. The staff team does everything to make guests feel at home. Thanks! The location is very central. Room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend Casa del Agua to friends travelling to Guanajuato. Nothing

It was clean and well located The staff appeared so annoyed with us from the moment arrived to the moment we left. Our children were asleep when we arrived so there was no need for them to be annoyed with us.

Super clean and large comfortable rooms with very attentive and kind staff. The bed was a bit hard, otherwise nicely furnished room with little touches.
