The location was convenient for us. The outdoor noise is disturbing at first, but after the first night it didn't bother us as much as we were exhausted from all day activities. n/a

Hotel de la Paz is a fabulous place. This was my 2nd time staying here and my picky daughter loved the architecture and location.

It was right in the center of everything. Parking was difficult since it’s in the center of town.

I got the suite with the city view and absolutely beautiful and the staff was polite and very helpful. Highly recommend ? Rooms dont come with a fridge

A lot of noise!!! Inside the hotel!!! Is very uncomfortable go to vacations and wake up with a lot of noise, also I add an extra day , 7 weeks before and they charge me double one extra night more then I booked 4 nights!! Very disappointing, is sad when they see us as a tourist and take advantage of us, just because we’re in vacations,as a tourist I make sure i always tip and treat people with respect and kindness, non- taking advantage of anyone and anything

The location is in the center of everything. That does mean a lot of activity—we saw parades, a festival, university graduation celebrations and a huge outdoor religious gathering within a few days. Our room (#15) was spotless and cleaned daily. Views of the famous basilica and surrounding area were fabulous. The church bells do ring occasionally, especially on Sunday. We loved them. AC worked great; plenty of hot water; staff very friendly; elevator to our third floor room was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. Any celebratory music or noise ended by 11 pm or so. Buffet breakfast in a nearby historic hotel was very good, with options for a plant based diet and much more.

Excellent location right off the plaza de Paz. I had a room on the top floor with 180 degree magnificent views. Room was comfortable and charming. Breakfast was across the street and had a lot of options. It has an elevator, which I needed after climbing the Guanajuato hills! Nothing!

The location is perfect for walking in town. The rooms with balconies are best. Noise. You need earplugs. The breakfast was awful, crowded and a block away at their other hotel. The rooms need more chairs and more table space.
