Excellent breakfast and lovely staff that went up and above to see that we were well taken care of. Handled transportation and reservations for. We would definetly be returning on our next visit. Thanks again for a greaty experience

Very big, comfortable, great bed, bathroom Pool was beautiful but the hot tub did not get hot. I asked the staff to look into it but they never got back to me and it was never fixed.

Location I tried to contact them for parking information but no response, I had to go directly to front desk to ask where can I park my car, it will be value if there a info message about this

Location was awesome everything so closed by very convenient Carpet from the room was out dated very old towels were stain and had some hoes in them and the spa bathroom door is missing the door nob

Great location We expected more for that price. The bed sheets looked dirty, wifi sucked, the TV didn’t really work. We got the room with balcony and the view sucked. We asked the staff how far the airport was and everyone gave us different answer, one of them said it was an hour and a half away when it was only 20 mins away. We asked in advance for a personal driver to the airport and he arrived half an hour late. Breakfast was not included with that price. The water was cold in the jacuzzi. Not a great experience

Everything was amazing, pool is small and intimate we had it to ourself most of the day- the bedroom was nice and clean- housekeeping was good- it’s also really close to everything, we were able to walk everywhere

Location This is a 3 +star hotel not 5 stars as described. Room does not have good sound insulation and could hear outside traffic. Curtains is not black out curtain, bath robe is old and worn. We were told not to take lift during thunderstorms . We booked a deluxe king suite room but was given a king room and have to go to front desk to changed room. Front desk staff “E” asked for payment when it has been paid to Booking.

The location They do not have parking near the hotel, the hotel do not offer the option of having one of the staff taking your car to the parking lot.

Location was great and it was comfortable. Price I’m as too high compared to other hotels around the Jardín de la Union. Also, the faucet would shoot out too much water which would splash on everything around the sink. If faucet was not open all the way then the pressure would turn it off. Similar thing with the shower head. It would be too strong and it would leak out onto the rest of the bathroom flooding it. The toilet would not flush at times.

I love that all staff was extremely nice, helpful, respectful and very knowledgeable. I love that the hotel was right in the center of Guanajuato I didn't like I had to leave to soon

The building is in an historic building and very well renovated. The breakfast room and small pool area are very nice. The room was comfortable. The entire staff was very nice.

very good location, right in town. We stay there one night before we catch a plane home. It is an easy place to get a taxi to the airport. It's a little noisy

Everything! We cannot say enough good things about it . It’s near everything , the food is amazing . Very clean and the staff is super friendly . Martin makes the whole trip worth it , very nice gentleman . They have a wonderful indoor pool and jacuzzi . The room was spacious , clean and very comfortable and private . The bathroom was big and clean , loved that you get hot water right away . The whole place is worth every penny . From the housekeeper to the receptionist. Nothing . The place is amazing !

Location No parking you have to go too far away and pay a cab and carry your luggage. They didn’t clean the room and the iron was dirty and stained an expensive shirt in black, we requested for another one cause we had a wedding and we got late cause the y never sent it

The room AC is not on when people is not in the room. You need room key to turn AC on. So the room feels musty. My room is also dark. The room AC is very weak and not able to cool the temperature down for hours. This is definitely not an upscale boutique hotel and is not worth the price they charge.
