This room is spacious, the room I rented had two queen beds and private bathroom with terrace and hottub. It is very clean and comfortable and has AC.

Free, unlimited and priority access to the funicular. Stunning view from balcony. Clean and spacious room. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff available 24/7. Sound proofing can be improved. Our room was right in front of the public terrace and there was a group that came for sunrise and their chatter woke us up from sleep.. also we can hear clearly people talking hallway which also woke us up from sleep. Finally the clock from the church in town rang at 7:30am daily and I guess the whole town would be awoken lol. My advice is to sleep early.

Superb location, excellent breakfast, the funicular perk is a nice touch The place is very noisy, so much so that the hotel provides earplugs! You hear your neighbors

Breakfast was included but coffee was not great. Coffee is made in a pot which is very common in Mexico. They love their café de la olla, so we just have to start loving it as part of the Mexican culture ;)

Amazing views - book a room with a balcony. Tram deposits you right downtown. Easy walk up to “The Pipila” where there is a great view and fun markets and food. Also nice shops in the hotel itself. The included breakfast was simple but very good and the wait staff was very helpful. Everything was great. We suggest if you have luggage that you arrive via the tram from the bottom - this puts you right at the lobby. Coming down from the street above involves lots of steps.

It’s incredibly convenient and saves you a long walk up the hill! • Impeccably Clean: I was very impressed by how clean and well-kept the entire property is. The rooms are spotless, which made the stay even more relaxing. Between the world-class views and the wonderful hospitality, this hotel is a 10/10.

I loved how close it was to everything! The tram that takes you to the central of the city, everything is close by. The view is to die for! everything was very nice, clean and organized, the staff was super friendly! I have no negative thing to say everything was perfect!

Bed comfy, view amazing, jacuzzi very nice, bathroom clean and nice. Felt it needs a refrigerator to keep drinks nice and cold

Good location. Comfortable. Amazing views. Nice that you can use the funicular as much as you want No breakfast. No door to the bathroom. Balcony door was broken

We got a lower level room more close the platform, noisy when people viewing there

The door automatically locked and I was locked out for about 30mins. I made phone call many times but I couldn’t get through

Location, very clean, great views, breakfast, shopping, Funicular, staff was helpful in spite of the language barrier. I need to learn Spanish. We'll book it again when we return. The mattress needs to be replaced. Unable to get Netflix.
