This was the most expensive hotel room I’ve ever had in Mexico and I expected more. It was not nice but not worth over $300 usd in my opinion. I would not stay there again

The location is perfect—just a short walk to downtown, which made it super convenient for exploring the city. One of my favorite parts was the rooftop bar. At night, we enjoyed amazing views of the city lights and could even see some of the main landmarks—it was truly beautiful I liked everything

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient to all the attraction area by just walking distance. The air circulation in the bathroom is no good because there is no exhaust fan.

The location was perfect. It was wonderful to be right on the main plaza and we could easily walk to areas we wanted to see. It can be noisy at night with lots of activity and music but was fairly quiet after 11pm. On the weekends I would suggest asking for an inside room to avoid too much noise. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed talking with Rey. The breakfast is adequate, however, the rooftop location offered a wonderful view of the city in the morning light.

We were told that only one person can shower as the hot water runs out. Wait 15 minutes before the other one can shower. The price we paid was

Central location, beautifully designed hotel. Outstanding service from the moment we walked in, extremely courteous front desk and reception. The little details like a note thanking us for staying at their hotel signed by all the staff.

The staff were exceptional with a special thanks to Richard, Alex and Anna who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were very knowledgeable about Guanajuato and were very very ready to suggest local points of interest, restaurants and generally make our stay so enjoyable. The hotel was very elegantly and comfortably furnished and the location was right on the main square. Once inside, the hotel was a quiet and peaceful haven from the bustling outdoors of the Guanajuato square. More cupboard/drawer space in the room would have been useful
