Hot water took too long to get hotel room door with gaps in the center

La suite se veía exactamente igual que en las fotos de Booking, lo cual siempre se agradece porque sabes que recibes lo que esperabas. Además, estaba siempre muy limpia, era cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estancia. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Celeste, Mario y a Lucio, Todos fueron muy amables, atentos y siempre estuvieron pendientes de que no nos faltara nada. En especial, quiero reconocer a Mario, quien al llegar nos ayudó a subir todas nuestras maletas y, al momento de nuestra salida, acomodó todo nuestro equipaje en un carrito tipo dolly y lo aseguró con plástico para que no se cayera durante el traslado hasta el taxi. Ese tipo de detalles hacen una gran diferencia y demuestran un excelente servicio. También un agradecimiento especial a las señoras de limpieza, que hicieron un excelente trabajo manteniendo la habitación impecable y siempre nos atendieron con una gran amabilidad. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí. Da gusto encontrar un lugar donde todo el equipo se esfuerza por hacer que los huéspedes se sientan bienvenidos. Lo recomiendo totalmente.”

Location was fantastic, you are steps away from Teatro Juarez, the Cathedral, restaurants and stores, rooms are neat and independent, the hotel has different areas lots of stairs and sitting areas where you can take a break, personnel is very polite, Rooms feel a little bit to dark, it was difficult to get ready.

Nice but parking sucks

I like only location I didn’t like the noise in the morning. Every noise you can hear very well. If you would like to sleep longer, no chance for you. Don’t book this hotels also bed not very comfy, same as all interior done not accurate and cheap. Big mistake for me to choose this hotel.

The restroom and shower

They do not provide their own parking.

Location It was a little bit dusty and the mattress was worn down and the shower needed to be updated

I had bad experiences in hotels but definitely this is the worse so far! I paid for a nice room showed in this website and I got something way different, old, no good internet service, bedroom very small and dirty looking, not hot shower. I requested to be moved to a different room and that was better, however, the cleaning and maintenance staff were really rude, in my last day, they were hammering and drilling right by my door and window, turning on a radio and playing music at early morning, despite my request to be quiet, they simply ignored and keep working in front of my window, I felt really frustrated and with zero privacy. Everything but the location

Great location , beautiful building and nice friendly and helpful staff. First room was not very comfortable , very small and bathroom hold outdated and awful! The man at the reception was very nice and understanding. He moved us to a better room in the back of the building.

The location was great. The staff was nice. The room is very small, basics like bathrobe are not included. The restroom has a stinky smell, assuming due to the pipes. Water takes a few to warm up, but it does warm up. No parking available.

Guys at the front desk are rude, both guy when I request something they denied.

The only issue we had from 6 rooms we reserved 2 didn't have running hot water

Close proximity to everything Lots of noise from the street all night

Location The dance club across the street blared their music until 2:30 AM. That was not exactly conducive to a good night’s sleep. Apparently, there is no noise ordinance in Guanajuato Centro. The bathroom was a bit on the small side for my husband. He could barely stand in front of the sink to use it.
