The location was perfect for walking around the plaza and near by attaractions. Hot water. Had to wait what seems like for ever to get hot water in the shower ( we were checking out at 4:30 am).

Pillow was hard and at night there can be noise from the plaza below, but I consider that goes with the location

Location, nice room in the heart of the town On the street side very loud late into the night. Expect that or ask for a rim on the back side if you don’t want to hear music until 4 am

Close to restaurants and shops Not much pressure on the shower no iron nor a blow dryer

Beautiful hotel right by theatre & garden & close to Basilica & university. Liked the property Some of the reception staff was not helpful . When I asked ( I stayed 4 nites ) to have a 1 hr extension on checkout , I was told it costs a whole day‘s room rental by one of the staff. Another one said : of course WiFi is a come & go . The bum bum music goes until 4 am comes from up at the funicular . The Jardin restaurants music stops at midnite .

Location Rooms are so simple

Location was good. Restaurant upstairs was excellent. Can be noisy, if things are going on in the plaza adjacent.

Party central, my room was across the street from a nightclub. Wish I would've known to get a room on the other side-if that helped because the party didn't end until 4:30 am. from Thursday to Saturday.

Location in center of action. Clean & comfortable. Great staff. Very helpful! Late night music from all the action outside can be heard. If you want early night quiet, ask for a room away from the action. Location, staff & price were fantastic.

Location is great. No bar, no restaurant or lounge, rooms were very basic and a bit run down. Front desk staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly.

extremely noise outside, right across from plaza that has live music playing and people partying, we had noise all night all the way till the early morning for 3 nights in a row

The older gentleman that help with the car and luggage The lady that clean the room. The front desk personal was rude No manager on site Broke my ankle coming down the stairs that lead to the parking lot to go put my luggage in the car The stairs need attention they are cracked my show got stuck inside while walking down ans my ankle broke. The parking lot attendant saw it also two employees working in the court yard. No one call for help no one came to see if I was on. I caled the front desk and ask for the manager No manager on site I gave the info to the front desk lady she only said I will pass on the information to the manager. Also the people next door made alot of noise the two nights I was there and I could sleep Loud music, loud voices

The location is good because it is centrally located. My hotel room was dirty, bath towels had holes, the bed sheets were stained, there was what looked like a spot of dried blood on the floor, no A/c (luckily it wasn’t hot), the head boar had a tear in it. The sink was backed drain very slowly. The door didn’t completely lock. The only reason I stayed was because I couldn’t find another room. The building itself is nice. But the room was simply awful!
