This hotel does not exist and is closed. Property will send you to a different hotel located away from the city center up the hill. Amenity is very bad shower almost had no water. Booked this for my parent’s and they both had a horrible stay. No communication from the hotel after booking that it’s a different place.

We arrived at the hotel on the afternoon to check in, only to find the door chained. The sister hotel contacted us and said they had to move our location due to a 'Maintenance issue'. They didn't give us any advance notice, as our driver dropped us off and left, and the new location was farther away. The hotel agreed to give us a full refund, but we are still fighting with Expedia to get that refund, a week later. I understand that things happen, but Expedia should be notified by the hotels on their site, when they can no longer provide the service paid for.

Muy difícil llegar al hotel ya que no hay ningún señalamiento de que hay un hotel en esa zona pero de servicio y alojamiento excelente, no recomendable para personas discapacitadas o adultos mayores ya que es mucha subida para llegar al hotel, eso sí ofrece una excelente vista a la zona.

El hotel es muy bonito, la ubicación es perfecta lo único que no tiene es estacionamiento cerca y la página de Expedia es muy recomendable todo o hace más fácil 🌟

Aunque tuvimos que irnos antes por causas de fuerza mayor, la verdad es que no dudo que la estancia habria Sido muy agradable toda la noche, la terraza era preciosa, de noche es una vista preciosa! Volveríamos sin duda alguna

-Accesibilidad: tienes que subir más de 140 escalones para llegar al hotel / habitación. -Accesorios: no tienen cobertores ni colchas para frío. Tuvimos que pedir el calentador de la recepción (que muy amablemente si nos prestaron. Pero no tienen calefacción. La TV nunca sirvió. En toda la estancia no tuvimos acceso a verla y en la recepción dijeron que ya habían reportado el sistema de cable. Nunca sucedió.

Buena zona, y agradable para pasar tiempo de calidad en pareja, es dificil acceder por que se encuentra un poco escondido entre los callejones y no cuentan con cocina ni opcion para calentar alimentos.
