We liked the view from the room, the size of the room, the air conditioning, the breakfast, and the free water We were promised a downstairs room but received one on the 2nd floor. Staff left our door propped open with a mop bucket all day. Friday and Saturday nights were very loud, very late. Never got the wifi to work.

The hotel is in the heart of Guanajuato. It was walking distance to the main attractions. It was probably nothing they couldn’t fix but the smell of sewage was strong at night

Excellent location close to everything and spacious family rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the drinking water provided. Facilities such as bathrooms and furniture seem old/worn and could use updating. Creaky doors and low quality bedding. Noisy. Breakfast was not great if you are a healthy eater (eggs with cut-up cheap hot dogs mixed in, jello, very dry bread and pastries, instant coffee). For the price we expected things to be a little nicer.

Great option to stay in beautiful Guanajuato. Great location, delicious breakfast, excellent service. I went with a group of friends & we had a great time.

Location was excellent! Staff was friendly and very attentive. Villa, had ac but did not cool the entire place. Upstairs stayed very hot and difficult to sleep.
