Place look dirty and no person yo greet you. So definitely will not recommend.

Bed. A/C. Wi-Fi access. Close to stores. Responsive contact and clear access info. 3rd floor not disclosed before booking. Photos showed a rooftop scene with chairs and when we arrived, it was locked and we could not access it.

Bed was comfortable. For that price the value was not worth it. The wrack with hangers for clothes was plastic and fell apart. The shower had no pressure at all and went from cold to hot and hot to cold. Horrible. Room was very small and hard to move around in for 2 people. Again, overpriced.

The location is great, you're close to everything, basically everything. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is really nice. Staff is just gone, there's no staff, it's like an automatic AI hotel, which might be useful, but we found it uncomfortable since we had to wait a lot for someone to help us solve a quick request, almost waited an hour to do the checkout since no one's there at any point. It feels so cold, not that Mexican vibe, just AI vibe which is quite weird.

Nothing All the property. They should not make false advertising about the property. Everything was very awful. Is not even a hotel.

No breakfast provided. Great location. The climb up and down is challenging especially for seniors. Excellent location to Union Park. Designed for self sufficient travelers. All communication is in Spanish with no English translations of scan instructions in the room. Someone left the building’s door deadbolt locked so my husband could not enter the building that night. I called at 6am to find he was on a bench for the night. Only 1 set of keys per room which means leaving the terrace door locked or open at night.

An amazing location close to the city center park. Was quiet especially considering the location in the city center. Close and an easy walk to several great restaurants. Three flights of steps up to the hotel door and having to wait for staff to open the locked entrance door each time we returned to our room.

It was on the third floor, and there was no elevator. Also, our water heater was continuously going out.

Staff was friendly, place it nice. Someone is supposed to be available to open the door to the hotel 24/7, but you end up waiting 10-15 minutes to get in sometimes a few times a day. Unfortunately, nobody was available to open the door one night at 1:45am, I sent them messages letting them know. I left and came back an hour later, hoping I could get in, but no. So I left a came back again after about another hour and nobody was available to open the door. I ended up getting lost, my phone died, and was out on the street all night. When I did get back, I checked my phone and they didn't respond until 4:30am. They also didn't replace the toilet paper for a few days so I just ended up getting my own. And there was no hot water on the day I checked out so I couldn't get a shower in before leaving.

I loved the property but what set it above all the others I’ve been at it’s their hospitality! Rooms are very nice and super clean, beds are comfy, plenty of hot water and the pressure is great. Everyone was amazing and Dany helped us and she was very nice! Out of all the nicer hotels we’ve been in Guanajuato this is by far the best location. Budget friendly and it comes with free offside parking. We look forward with staying there again soon! There is 3 flights of stairs to get to the hotel so not recommend for disabilities

Very new and over a good bang for your buck. On the outside you can’t tell that its a hotel and its also on a 4th floor so not convenient if you have lots luggage. They also told us we would be charged of we stain any white but we noticed many towels had yellow ish stains. Additionally the first day there was no hot water and on our second day it was partially gone.
