Location was great. No AC, beds were hard, motel 6 would have been better.

The rooms were clean and with enough space for comfort. The bathroom of the room was clean. The beds were comfortable and clean. In general the property is comfortable and welcoming. We stayed in a room of the first floor, the only complaint we had is the noise from other customers from the floors above.

I was there for a special event and the breakfast was excellent. the water bottles provded were very small. Only a countertop and not able to reach from the chair.

Didn't respected my room selection, gave me a lower one. That's a ripp off. No hot water at all the whole stay. No blankets for cold !!! That was a huge issue. We ended up giving up the room at night due to this. Very deplorable BOOKING.COM,...you should improve this or will keep.on losing clients Didn't respected my room selection, gave me a lower one. I didn’t like that the mattress was really hard also the ceiling fan was making a lot of noise also in the morning was no hot water at all

The value/price ratio is very good. This place is a long distance from downtown and it is not really walkable on the roads around there. Apart for the distant barking dogs and the trucks on the road in the morning (starting around 7AM), the place was very quiet (compared to another other hotel downtown). The place has moskito nets on the windows, which is great. The design of bathroom sink was odd to me. First it is hard to wash your hands without putting some water out (the faucet is not long enough). Also, the train does not have the typical U-shaped pipe that prevents the sewer's audors from coming back, so you had to put the cork in there to prevent bad odors.

Breakfast was awesome, and the attention from chef was perfect, good taste. The smelt of the room was strange and did not have place hooks to hang clothes or coat racks.
