Great time

The room was not good, there wasn't natural light. Also, there is a lot of noise from the lobby and from the other rooms. The breakfast isn't good and the staff is not well trained.

Service Sometimes noisy

the large space, the comfortable bed, nice breakfast, friendly staff and mini bar. there is no hair dryer equipped in the room, one should borrow from the reception table. But the borrowed one is not in good quality.

All family was in one place. It was a little hard to get to (inclined)

Location was very good, right in the San Javier neighborhood and within a small shopping area next to Farmacia Guadalajara and Soriana, with Oxxo just down the street. Hotel and room were quiet. We had problems with the TV/cable, and a member of staff came up and fixed it right away. Reception staff also very good. Good for a one night stay--we stayed here the night before traveling to the Leon/GTO airport. Absolutely HORRIBLE smell in the room and in the hallway. At first, we thought the smell was from the A/C not being on in a while since the smell was most prominent once we turned it on. (It was 96 degrees Fahrenheit, so we needed the A/C.) But the smell never went away, and we noticed it in the hallway, too. It really kept us from enjoying the room.

Room size and AC is fine. No hot water!! I would expect a hot water shower after a long day traveling, and I expect hot water is very basic that every hotel should be able to offer. I'm very disappointed with the facilities and services at this hotel and the receptionist didn't offer any help when I reached out to him. I'm requesting a refund to compensate the discomfort I expenerienced at this hotel.

Gym was non-functioning. What little equipment was mostly broken.

I was happy to stay in that hotel, i got good room with balcony and pretty good view.

Very chean, very comfortable. Has both air conditioning and heating. Free parking. Restaurant only serves breakfast.

The workers are very friendly, it’s in a great location and the parking is very accesible It was very noisy at night, the remote for the tv didn’t work properly and the first night we stayed the sheets seemed dirty

Exceptional

The room is great. It has a living in the front. It's between a pharmacy and grocery store. We had a delicious breakfast. It states microwave and fridge. Our room didn't have a microwave and the fridge was off. No hot water.

Very good

We loved everything about the property. The location was very good. Everything was close by. The restaurant/bar was very close to the room we stayed at. Therefore it was pretty noisy at times with people in the lounge.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and even though it is a bit far from the center of the city, I like the quiet and convenience of it's location. There is a Soriana grocery store and two nice restaurants just a few steps from the front door. This trip my friends and I were on the third floor with nice balconies overlooking the city. We had breakfast on the balcony and our evenings ended with glasses of wine and the sunset. There was nothing that I would have changed in this visit.

Staff was polite No hot water for all 3 days. We asked them daily, they were checking but never was done.
