Staff where so rude and disrespectful.

Property was clean n very comfortable, staffs were great - friendly and helpful Room was excellent , we were upgraded to a room with river view and this was really nice

My favorite part about the four seasons was the staff at caffe mondo. Petrel, Nelson, ario & the staff made my niece and i feel at home during our two month stay at the four seasons while traveling for work. They were very kind, helpful, and they honestly treated us with care and respect. I’ve stayed all around the world at the nicest places and this is the best service I’ve ever received . Sometimes service is more important than anything else . You never know what a smile can do for others. Normally when you at at a hotel you are away from everything you know. No family, no friends, no pets…. So it’s very important to be met with kindness. I hope to stay at four seasons again and share the same experience. Some of the rooms i stayed in smelled like cigarettes. I even had to get a air purifier

The room feels outdated, some of the wall decors were broken and in need of repair.
