I liked the location and how the staff really try their best They had good breakfast - the indining room experience was really bad cold food and it wasnt tasty

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The room had a beautiful view, the staff were kind and professional, and the food was very good. Overall, the stay felt luxurious and relaxing. Nothing negative to mention. Everything met my expectations and I enjoyed my stay.

The room was spacious, and the breakfast was also of a good standard. Very pleasant staff who help with luggage and greet you. When we checked in, we were given a room that smelled of cigarettes. After asking to change rooms, for some reason we were given a room that was a category lower and smaller than the one we had paid for. After insisting on changing this room too, we were finally given a good room, as shown in the photos on the booking website, and without any smell. All this took us almost a whole day, and the girl at the reception was clearly annoyed by our request, which made us feel uncomfortable. Perhaps we were accustomed to a high level of service, as we arrived here after staying at the Four Seasons across the street, and that was simply our expectation for this level of accommodation. Or perhaps we simply overestimated the level of this hotel.

Great location connected to a mall - nice designed rooms Even tho most of the staff didn’t speak English they were very friendly. The staff doesn’t speak English, we had to work with everyone with google translate. We often stay in Jumeirah hotels but here we we’re disappointed by the pool area and the language barrier.

Jumeirah GZ is underrated! The place is luxury, clean, and the design is tasteful, comparable to any top tier hotels in GZ. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I was particularly thankful that they sent our baby sleep sag that we left behind to our home address even days after we checked out. Great value. Highly recommended! Wish to have easier access to a nursery room/ baby changing room in common areas

Everything was amazing

The pool is used for teaching kids to swim, which kind of defeats the purpose of using it for relaxing for guests. The windows desperately need some external cleaning. Breakfast was good but not remarkable.
