The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spacious. It’s conveniently located close to the APM line, the park, and several food court areas. The buses arranged for the Fair are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very attentive to organizational details. I didn’t like the hotel. The design of the corridors is quite spooky. I was staying on the top floor, and above it there was a club, so the noise from there could easily be heard in my room. The staff are very formal — almost overly so — as if they follow some royal etiquette. They are everywhere, constantly greeting you, insisting on helping, and escorting you to a breakfast table. I personally don’t find this pleasant, though I noticed that most guests seem to be brand shoppers who apparently can’t carry their own bags. There aren’t enough breakfast tables. One morning we had to wait to “be seated.” The breakfast options look plentiful, but it really depends on your preferences. I prefer something quick — just a coffee and go — so it wasn’t ideal for me. For smokers, it’s a bit complicated. There’s a terrace in the lobby, but at 440 meters high it’s extremely windy. The only other smoking area is in the parking lot. If you’re coming for the Fair, not many attendees stay at this hotel, so it’s difficult to meet or chat with anyone related to the event. It’s not a bad hotel — the view is nice — but I wouldn’t come back. It’s clearly designed for people with different “traumas” than mine. ?

Height, there are very few places in the world where you can stay at almost 500m altitude. Impeccable interiors and quality of everything. Spa area with views of all sides. Direct access to the luxury mall with amazing dining options. Michelin star restaurant downstairs. Nothing

Our stay at Rosewood Guangzhou delivered true five-star excellence at surprisingly reasonable prices for this level of sophistication. Every detail reflected refined luxury with authentic local character. Breakfast Perfection: The salad bar was the freshest we've encountered, while à la carte dishes (especially the fresh fish) rivaled specialty restaurants. The pastries deserve their own praise – buttery, flaky masterpieces. Traditional elements in our room like calligraphy brushes and mahjong created a sense of place without feeling kitschy. The king-size bed (generously proportioned) ensured sublime comfort. Breathtaking Views: Occupying floors in the world's 5th tallest tower, our room offered a panoramic cityscape that never grew old. Prime Location: Situated in the vibrant Zhujiang New Town business district, we enjoyed easy access to green spaces, casual eateries, and smaller malls (far more appealing than the attached K11 luxury mall, though the guest discounts were a nice perk).
