Location The hallways and common floors were always very dimly lit, which gave the hotel a somewhat gloomy atmosphere despite the rooms being good.

The sauna and steam room facilities is a must when staying at this hotel. Nothing beats going to source products for your business, then coming back home and winding down for the night. A quick gym session, then head over to the wellness centre reception, grab a wristband for your locker and a towel, then straight into the sauna, steam room and spa. They even have a little drying machine for your clothes to drain the water, then you can use the makeshift pull wire clothes hanger in your room to finish the job completely overnight. I think I’ll stay here again when coming back to the canton fair. The food in the executive lounge was good, free flow alcohol (hot tip, learn how to make your own cocktails before coming so you can take full advantage of the cocktail bar in the lounge) The food menus could use a bit of a touch up in my personal opinion but apart from that i enjoyed the stay.

Location is perfect, next to many shopping malls and opposite the sport stadium. During my stay, there is a concert at the stadium, and the front desk officer specially given me a top floor room where I can see the stadium and the big concert screen from my room.

Over price compare to similar hotel around. It expensive for long stay especially companies have theirs staff staying 7-10 days for work.

They need to change the pillows in the suites..RM 1908 and RM 1208 . They are very uncomfortable. They have to get more comfortable pillows.

Location only I’ve completely lost trust in this hotel. I accidentally left my expensive Rolex watch on the table in the room while I was taking a shower. I’m 100% sure it was there. After checking out, I immediately contacted the hotel management to report the missing item. Their response was cold and unacceptable: “We are not responsible, and your watch is not with us.” This shows a complete lack of honesty and accountability. The way they handled the situation was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. What hurts more is that I used to prefer staying here because of their convenient location, but I will never return again. Very disappointing. Be careful – your valuables are not safe here!
